"a lot can happen over a cup of coffee" . . .

. . so said a poster at a cafe, me and Hiren went to yesterday, had a chocolate shake (diet chocos, mind it!)

while we were leaving, we heard 3 men were having a heated-up conversation, where 1 of them was Mr. Systems and thrashing the other 2 for not following a proper 'diagram','system', etc. .

all three seemed educated and probably working at some mnc

seeing them, i felt a bit relived,

"Everyone has problems", i told Hiren

The answer Hiren gave really hit me, he said "Ya Bro, everyone has problems, just their intensity and frequency differs"

testing times . .

my judgment got jilted this time, what i did yesterday, should have done it the day i entered the workshop, complete team in one of the dept resigned, gods grace this happened at this time when we still have some time to prepare for the season.
now the challenge for us is to set up a new team in 8 days flat.
but no regrets, will pass this test too,
i thank god for giving me this opportunity, living a easy life could have deteriorated me.

really a awkward world . .

just trashed my staff. there was a big mess that my earlier so called 'COO" had created, well had been trying and explaining everyone with patience and calmness, but somehow even though i tried my level best to speak to them nicely, they in turn, started taking me for granted.
makes me think is this world really a place for people with less words and more @#$& in their sentences. Seems that people like me who are more relaxed in their approach can't really fit in today's business world.
Why should people not be serious about their job, why do they have to create obstacles rather than doing their best on solving them.
Maybe someday my mind would calibrate these systems, till then . .

i remain yours truly,

Confused.

Auto Rikshaw

Just took an auto to work, thank god I live in a country where autos r available, specially in borivali where I live autos rule. Of course driving a car has its own pleasure, but it can never offer you the freedom an auto can. No seatbelts, no getting irrtated over other vehicels giving u a cut, no parking hassles, pay them Rs. 9 (cheapest auto rate in the country) and you are on a tour, enjoy the ride!!!

rains have really settled in. amazing how your mood completely changes during this season. best time to mentally rejuvenate. a little chai and some pakodas are enough to give u a high.
feel like taking a vacation and forgetting everything. having a angel daughter adds up to the fun.

simplicity

Have been having this pull from quite some time now. A pull towards simplicity. I've always had a bit of fancy taste, whether its food, clothes or anything else. from last few months, I've noticed that fancy things or rather things that are not simple have stopped appealing me. This could be because i was exposed to too many fancy things too fast. Luxury was my mantra of living, which really has been subdued.
Well, for me this was a much required shift as the indulgence was taking a toll on my finances as well as too much mental energy was wasted thinking about the whole thing.
Really enjoying this phase, I am now looking forward to gradually shifting my self towards spirituality. Though I can not be actively spiritual but really want to connect to my spiritual side.

sarkar raj

Saw ram gopal's latest: sarkar raj, I found it way off track than the previous movie. While sarkar was energizing and positive, SR was all gloomy and negative with no strong characters as in sarkar. What it really does is de-motivates and challenges your mind as not to be firm about your thoughts 'soch' and actions. Sending out a message that you'll be broken if you're not flexible.
Again my confusion worsens after this, is the mind always dominating on the heart or is it that people who really stick to their beliefs or ethics are slapped tight on the face!! And let this be a lesson too, never trust people with too much of a honest or angelic image as of rao saheb in the movie.
Well should say amitabh and abhisekh were superb.
